Disappointed with a wrap

I had a an empty wrap at KFC waterfront today. Mmmmm there was a very tiny piece of meat and pieces of lettuce that looks like old cabbage thrown inside there. The only thing that I could feel it's presents there was the outside wrapper. Other than that i hardly find anything. Very disappointing. Wrapster is my thing at any KFC. Today was the worst experience. Maybe pressure of work the guys were tired. Long hours for them maybe. Who knows. I guess there shouldn't be any reason to compromise quality.
