Disappointed to the max

I am not one to write reviews about anything tbh. However, this time I feel there is an absolute need for this because KFC at the plaza has just gotten extremely bad, sometime ago, I ordered KFC online, I also ordered coleslaw because I really love the one from KFC so to my surprise when I received my order and was ready to indulge, the damn coleslaw was off as in really off, it smelt off and tasted off too but I made no big deal about that cause it was just the coleslaw so I just through it away. This time on Saturday my partner and I bought KFC for supper, we went through the drive through, which was not even busy at all, there were barely cars in the parking and we are sure of this cause we settled to buy takeouts wherever it was not too busy cause we were very hungry at that point which was at around 8.30pm, we ordered and waited to get our food after half past 9, we got to eating after 10pm, my partner starting eating first and he usually has a whole mash and gravy for himself so its what he tasted first only for him to taste a very weird taste, it wasn't off, it did not smell off but when I tasted it, it almost tasted like chemicals which obviously alarmed us so thanks to KFC we wasted all that money for supper only to throw it away, we were definitely not gona eat the rest of it when the mash and gravy itself tasted like chemicals, it was way past half past ten at that point and we were not gona go back to the to possibly give us the same nonsense. The ffg day Sunday was father's day so I had no time to take it back either so all that money wasted on a franchise that was once soo good but now is soo full of **** with the quality of food and the extremely slow staff. This will also go in deaf eara/blind eyes but regardless of that I surely will not be wasting my money of KFC anymore!!!!!!!!!
