Disappointed service via KFC App

I made an order yesterday via KFC App and to my surprise, this took over an hour and delivery status kept changing for no reason. No communication or update was provided. Thus my order was not delivered, and was not canceled. I tried calling the KFC in Ruimsig where an order was placed and the phone was not even picked up. Now I am told that my issue will be escalated and customer care will engage with me. This is so appalling and disappointing. I regret making an order via the app and now I have to fight to get my reimbur*****t.
