Disappointed not that I was expecting great service

The ice cream always have a problem it's been 16 years already they cannot even produce a plain cone I asked for the managers details the staff Said they cannot provide me with this information it is not allowed I asked for the customer care email they said they not allowed to give it Nolu assisted me and the store manager /supervisor extremely bad service for the pass 16 years the ice cream machine has been a problem especially in summer bad service extremely disappointed as I live in the same road as kfc and now I have to drive to another area to buy from kfc for the pass 16 years 😢 and today I am complaining because I give up this is when the managers in the shop ignore the complaints you give them don't do anything with the information and just don't care since when can't you be provided with the store managers or staff or kfc email for complaints the information 😢 wow 👌 appauling service
