Disappointed, kFC Hercules

<p>I'm not the first in line to complain, but feel that this needs to be adressed by management.</p> <p> </p> <p>A first time buyer at KFC Hercules. A piece of my chicken and dough was removed before serving it to me in a take away, the coleslaw tasted like home made coleslaw and not @ all up to KFC standards. Would someone with authority please investigate the standards and product served to the customers. I wanted to order the advertized meal with 2 pieces of chicken and a burger, according to the lady at the ordering/paypoint the burgers were out of stock. Could management please look into proper planning, it's bad for businesses to advertise something you can't deliver .Thank you</p>
