Disappointed KFC Customer

I popped into KFC Plattekloof on Saturday morning because I felt this outlet has never let me down before. Bare in mind I could have used Bothasig one which is waaaay closer. I placed my order for 1 x Boxmaster and 1x Double crunch. I was the only person in the shop and no-one in the drive through. I couldn't understand why I was still waiting after 10mins. Where I was standing I could see through to the kichen......no activity happening. After 15 mins I asked how much longer....then the lady in the front shouted something to the kitchen and EVENTUALLY my meal was being prepared. on 20 minutes I asked for a full refund. They wanted to argue with me about needing to prepare fillets etc. I said that the least they could have done was kept me informed, which they didn't. I left, leaving my wife and daughter hungry as we now needed go sit at the hospital without having had any food! Do I go back next time? Do I go somewhere else? Anyway, what's done is done......just really disappointed.
