Disappointed in KFC Trade trade route's service

Disappointed in the type of service received at KFC trade route mall.

After a long wait for my food (All in one plus) I received old sides of chips and a spoilt coleslaw_ the coleslaw I could give the benefit of doubt that it got spoilt because the weather was hot today, as for the chips I just don't understand, and even if it was hot KFC should sell fresh food to customers irregardless.

I'm really disappointed especially looking at the time we spent waiting for the food, I thought good food takes time to be prepared but to my surprise, the total opposite.
