Disappointed in KFC Southdale

(KFC SOUTHDALE) Every time I purchase something there I am disappointed.. they never have icecream or krushers.. they always have stories..yesterday my son wanted s ice cream they did not have and it’s not the first time...i ordered the masala meal.. they did not have the cup cooldrink so then I had to add an extra R5 to my order for the bottle(what if I did not have cash)..so it seems like it the customers fault.. then when you do get the cup and you tell them no ice, because they seem to fill up more ice than cool drink they tell you straight it will be half a cup.. never in my wildest have I heard such nonsense.. it’s really pathetic to get such a service but I’m paying
