Disappointed in KFC Pelican Park

I am disappointed and disgusted in KFC Pelican Park. There is always a waiting period for their food and they never disclose it upfront before they let customers order. If it isn't waiting periods then there's something wrong with the food. I have waited a hour already for food at this branch..I just purchased 2 crunch burgers which I had to wait 30mins for, only to see when I got home that the chicken was extremely small, hard and dry. This is disappointing and I have never received such bad service anywhere else.
