Disappointed in KFC

We have visited the KFC in Sasolburg on various occasions and not once did we receive good service. If it’s not something missing from our order then they don’t have chicken or we have to wait 15min+ for our order. KFC should unlist as being a fast food chain as we wait a long time for our order when going through the drive through. I wrote this review while waiting yet again for our drive through take away and am still waiting for my order...
