Disappointed in food

Good day,

I am a very fussy client when it comes to food and normally the only place I don't complain about is KFC however the past weekend I bought food and man was I disappointed. I purchased the food at KFC ontdekkers Park. I bought twos ets of dunked wings, two large mass and two large chips and a 21piece bucket of chicken. Firstly the dunked wings which is my favorite had zero taste and very little sauce over it. Then the chicken I literally counted the pieces and recieved only 18 pieces not to mention the chips we bought was terrible it was so stale was Def cooked the morning of the day or even the day before. I cannot understand why this will be served to clients this is so unacceptable. People spend money on this and this is the type of food they receive its unacceptable really.

I would appreciate prompt feedback as to what will be done crude this cannot be the food sold to people.
