Disappointed Customer service

I have been visiting the KFC gatemax for some time now and every morning I am the first to be at the store to purchase my breakfast...today I had an experience of sad customer service when I appeared at the store at 6:49am a guy appeared at the door and spoke to me in abrupt manner stating that they are close and mind you he was not even working for KFC he was there to do maintenance on the fridge...he further went and asked one of KFC staff members when are they opening and the female that responded Stated angaz stating she does not know...yet the sign on the door states opening times are from 6am till 9pm...my sad experience has left me in a point of disgust as it shows no matter how loyal you remain to a place some one will definitely cause the brand to fall apart
