Disappointed customer - KFC Promenade

Evening

I am really disappointed in the food I got at KFC Promenade. so I go there late in the evening ordered my food at 20:07 and leave about 30 min later which is not my problem. i get home and prepare the food for my family ,firstly my order was wrong which I ordered zinger but got normal, i get incomplete orders which i ordered a box master meal to find my chips was not given, the chicken pops i ordered was ice cold, and lastly my chicken pieces was hard and looks deformed. I would have loved to take it back but it was late and why should i if the food should have been up to standard in the first place.

As i am a nurse i get home late and was not up for cooking, i decided to take my family out for supper which unfortunately was horrible and my dog ended up having a feast .

i would understand if i got the food for free for me to accept the low quality of food i received but i paid with money i worked hard for.

i hope that in future i never have to experience this again.
