Disappointed customer

I'm must say I'm quite disappointed in the service I received today at KFC Protea Glen Mall I waited for my order for almost an hour and the manager had to intervene for me to get my order.. When I got home only to find out they only packed 4 wrapster box instead of 5. It's a distance for me to go back and lay a compliant with them.. So now one of my kids doesn't have food. And the que is hectic since it's the 25th of the month.
