Disappointed customer

Very disappointed in the service received at Blouberg strand Cape Town this evening! I’m actually gobsmacked. The ladies were arguing with each other at the back, shouting that one of the staff members had to intervene and try to calm the whole lot down. My order they got wrong after making me wait in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes, go figure! I wanted to walk away from KFC for a while but always went back because my husband likes the zinger burger, but I think this was the mail in the coffin. I hope the business owners sees this and try to find ways to get things back on track for kfc.
