Disappointed

Good day

I was at KFC Hercules to buy my grandson mash... I rorderd the large mash without gravy and when I got my order the mash was the same size as the small mash and gravy... I then asked to talk to the manager and the shift manager Sipho came to and I asked him why is the large mash the same as the regular mash and he told me that it's correct.. I asked his he must show me a small mash and he came with a small holder with mabey a teas**** with mash in... When I asked him this is not right he told me I'm ****ing him off and walked away and when I called him him again he told me to **** off bacause I'm white...

.. The manager of kfc Hercules phoned me this afternoon at 15:30 and told me he got my complain and said he was there and that he heard us and that I was wrong and that he would phone me back just after 4 o'clock when his shift manager is there... He was very arrogant with me and I'm still waiting for his call and he also said he heard me when I called the supervisor back and the supervisor told me to **** off.... Why did he not come out and resolve the issue What must I do about it.. If I don't get get proper response I'll take it further
