Disappointed by treatment received from Parkview KFC

I bought 8 pieces family treat from Parkview KFC at Parkview in Pretoria. It was an online order and when the order arrived I opened it, to my surprise the pieces I received were 3 wings and already I was surprised that from 8 pieces we would get 3 wings, I was also surprised that we had 2 breasts, 2 side breasts and 1 drumstick. I was so hurt as I spent R264 on this meal. There was not a single thigh. I called customer care and complained explaining to the guy that I do not want any of those vouchers that KFC gives us as they gave me one when they did not give me 2 mash that I ordered. The manager called me so late at around 21:45 shouting and asking me what I ordered and what time did I order, he kept cutting me while trying to respond and he told me that I should have specified which pieces I wanted I told him that I did not have that option as I ordered online. The way I was so hurt I dropped the call as I was being shouted at and when I received the call I was already sleeping. I am so disappointed at the the order and especially at the way I was treated when I complained
