Disappointed by the stuff at KFC Rosebank the zone.

I'm writing this with extreme disappointment from KFC at the zone rosebank. So KFC introduced a kiosk and the stuff decided that they will take out speed points from the tills so they do not have to serve customers with debit cards. I started at the till to ask for assistance and I was told to order at the kiosk. That kiosk does not know the inventory and it placed an order for items that they did not have. I bought a buddy sprite but instead was told to take the sprite from the machine by force. Come I tell you, customer service is not done by a machine but by the stuff. That stuff at rosebank do not want to work.
