Disappointed by KFC ONLINE ORDER

I will never believe what KFC online did to me on the 21st March in human rights Day. I had visitors and I placed an order online. After waiting for an hour boom a message they cancelled my order due to the fact that they have no drivers. Worst part is that my refund I will get it after 14 days. Mind you that wasy last money and I need it now
