Disappointed by KFC

How I really miss Dobsonville KFC, sent this email about umphakathi mall KFC In Mohlakeng and sadly there was no response💔

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this finds you well. I am writing to express my concern over a bad experience I had recently with one of the meals I ordered from your branch. Yesterday, myself and my fiancée went to get a meal as our side was undergoing load-shedding and we desperately needed something to eat. We both decided to order 2 Double Sweet Chilli boxes. We were both expecting an amazing meal due to the ongoing promotion, however to our surprise the chicken pieces tasted awful, almost as if they were heavily floured. This made it difficult to even taste the spices used in the preparation. I must admit that I am a frequent consumer of KFC, and I usually enjoy the food there. Nevertheless, I find this incident quite unacceptable and I do not want this kind of situation to persist at the branch.
