Disappointed

I had an unpleasant experience at KFC Dobsonville Mall I placed my order and left to go to the other as it was full only to come to find my number was already called out so it seemed like I was just in the nik of time as the number after me was just called so I asked the lady to please check my order she literally ignored and downsized me with her eyes and she continued to call out all the other orders and told me I will wait until she's done so I asked the other lady to please check my number, at least she politely told me she's still helping the uber guys she will attend to me fine her only mistake was to deny me the name of her colleague when I asked for her name so my question again is WHY ARE KFC DOBSONVILLE MALL staff members not wearing name tags??????
