Disappointed at KFC Sterkspruit... so much disrespect!!!!

During lunch at work today my manager called KFC Sterkspruit to place an order for himself and other 2 colleagues and he came to me and asked if is there anything I will need at KFC as he knows the whole office is a regular at KFC, i gave him my order and he placed it via phone at KFC. He then asked me and my other colleague to go and fetch the order and ask for a person by the name Mxolisi as he was told on the phone. We went, when we got there we were told to join the queue for paying otherwise we will not wait for our order it must be ready. Okay fine i joined the queue when I got to the cashier I asked for my company's order I was told we don't know your order I asked for Mxolisi I was told he is not here what did you order? Haybo! I do not know what are the orders for the other colleagues, there is no network in Sterkspruit the whole town I cannot call them and ask. While still puzzled by this a lady with a name tad that read Iviwe took me by storm: asiyazi order yenu sisi *with an attitude ke phof* and I'm like njani sthandwa bcz kufoniwe anibhali phantsi kanti? And she's like sizaybhala phi? ×2 *seemingly expecting an answer from me* me: okay sthandwa I thought nibhala phantsi xa umntu efounile. Her: sizbhala apha kuthi engqondweni futhi ayinguwe wedwa umntu ofaka iorder abaninzi so ke asinahlala sicingana ne order yakho... I was saddened I was out of words I lost my appetite I lost my interest in KFC my day became sour I could not even finish the food I bought from KFC. Please teach your staff client care I've never been so disrespected at any company... to this level?? No. People were just looking and I was so calm trying to show the lady I am not fighting but she cared not she continued with her attitude.
