Disappointed at calibre of both staff and food

This is a new KFC which opened 4 weeks ago. The first time I went there we were number 3 in the drive through and it took 30 minutes to get our order. The second time only half the order was in the packet when we got home. The third and last time EVER I have never tasted such bland awful KFC in my life. From the chips to the coleslaw to the chicken itself! That was after another 30-40 minute wait at the drive through! Threw it in the bin! I would have thought that KFC being such a large franchise, the staff would have been trained before the opening. I know that this has not only happened to me but to other residents of Mooi River.
