Disappointed and Dissatisfied

Dear KFC,

I’m ultimately disappointed and dissatisfied with your service and product offering from your KwaMashu store.

I ordered an 8pc Family Treat for collection, in which ALL the 8 pieces of chicken were cold, dry, overcooked and the pieces combination overall, underwhelming. Even the 2 large fries were cold, over cooked and not even filled in the container to represent the “large” size.

I work hard to earn money to be able to treat my family, and moreover support your brand, however in return, the standard to which I value my money is not reflected in your product’s overall quality and offering.

Earlier on this month, I had made the exact same order from another KFC store (Mount Edgecombe - Caltex) and was beyond happy with their service and quality of food.

For this reason, one can notably tell the difference when supporting KFC in the township, versus in the suburban areas. I have been really let down by KFC KwaMashu.
