Disappointed

Really disappointed about my experience today. So we get to KFC and see there's this new masala chicken and so we decide to order. After 20 minutes of waiting we are told that we have to wait another 10 minutes because the chicken was not ready. 20 minutes later we get the chicken which didn't even feel like it came out the oven minutes ago. We should of been told about The waiting period when we were ordering it was really frustrating to have waited that long for the chicken which was extremely terrible that we didn't even enjoy it and threw it away. This is my first worst experience with KFC. Really disappointing. #BlackFriday
