Disappointed

I ordered food through online for KFC to be delivered and the KFC branch in Sarnia, They brought the food in an hour but forgot the 2 Large chips. I called the KFC branch in Sarnia and was told very rudely by the manager you will only get what you ordered for and nothing extra, I didn't want anything else and my order of the chips was only delivered at 9PM, so angry and disappointed in the poor service.
