Disappointed

I placed a order at kfc ottery cpt my order was canceled cos the driver didn't Wana come in the area. It's been almost 2 months still didn't get my refund. I spoke to some1 at the call centre she told me she will fone me back in 15min I'm still waiting it's almost a month also. I'm so disappointed cos it's R250 gone
