Disappointed

<p>I love going to KFC but every now and then I have a bad experience . I recently went to Ushaka KFC and ordered a Street Wise which has 2 piece chicken with pap and an Oreo Crusher. So there was a a few orders before mine I decided to get some chips from steers because I had a street wise 3 with chips the other day and the chips were so dry and old that I don't think of ever getting chips from there again. I came back to see my order, the lady open the box to see everything was okay then went in the back because something was wrong came back put the box in the paper made my crusher which was just over half the cup and I headed home as it was late. While going home I had my crusher which was icy with no flavour and when I sat at my home table I open the box to find a small portion of pap, one decent size drumstick and a very small piece chicken which is suppose to be my main piece, it was smaller than the drumstick. I was very disappointed in the staff's quality check finding a problem and not fixing it and before I got a crunch burger without the crunch, seemed like a normal snack burger. It will take some time to go back as it was a bad experience but I love KFC. I did go back to KFC and enjoy a breakfast there. The Musgave branch was just something else by ordering 3 piece chicken and a wrap then waiting over 45 mins to get it watching 2 huge groups of other people after me come get their chicken and orders and get served before me.</p>
