Disappointed 3 times in a row

Incident 1: arrived at the drive through, looked at the menu and decided on ordering the crunch master, when I arrive at the window I was told that it is no longer being made, even though it was advertised on the boards.

Incident 2: different day, same KFC drive through, after sitting in the queue for over 20 min, I arrive at the window and order a box master, only to be told they have run out of lettuce and hash browns!

Incident 3: I was working late and googled kfc waterfalls operating hours, the hours stated are 9am to 10pm, I arrived at kfc at 9:15pm to see it all locked!

This is a brand new kfc, I thought the old adage was a new broom sweeps clean? I cannot be more disappointed and will rather drive out of my way to Hillcrest, before being let down again.
