Disappointed

We frequent Tygervalley quite often, and grab take-aways when not sitting down for a meal at a restaurant in the center. I always opt for KFC as my favorite is the hot wings. The 1st bad incident happened end Jan 2015 where I ordered various items incl hot wings, and after waiting for about 8 mins THEN ONLY they came to tell me it's going to be another 10 mins. 5 Mins after the first 10 minute warning they advised 8 mins. The wings in this order was not crispy as it should be as when buying from other branches. I left it, using month-end and them being busy as the excuse. 2nd time, my parents were there and brought food home, again the wings were not crispy, & also small. 3rd time same thing - surely there's a problem. The final incident on 20 March 2015 I decided to go with a Hawaiian burger instead along with a few other items, including a fiver where we got a free pops but the cashier failed to mention this as we ordered a pops as well, we got our order 15 minutes later, but had to wait another 10 for the hawaiin rounder (without being told). So now I have come to the point where I will either get my KFC at another branch or visit another take-away outlet in the mall altogether.
