Disappointed

I ordered a Brekkie crunch wrap this morning as i do at least once a week. to my shock when I opened it and took a bite, it didn't have an egg in it... it was just chicken and cheese... I love this KFC because I am always greeted with a smile and the staff are always very friendly and I have never had issues with the food- just a bit disappointed that I got such an "under average " brekkie wrap that had no egg..

Very disappointing... and it wasn't even busy...
