Disappointed

So this is my last time buying KFC and I am gonna tell friends, colleagues, family to stop as well. The customer service is appalling everywhere. I bought Streetwise 2 pap in town today. I spent 36 minutes when I was told the mat will be ready in 6 minutes, the cashiers are flipping unfriendly. Do they hate their jobs so much?
