very unhappy with off southway mall. This evening we went to the drive through first window was closed. So we thought we should go to the next window to order. We waited there from 21:50 pm as there was a customer ahead of us we eventually got to the window to order at 22:04 pm and they told us they can't help us as they close at 22:00 pm but we were there waiting from 21:50 pm. <br> <br> Very bad service rejecting a customer and staff was not very pleasant she called the manager and she told us they closed and can't help us even though we were there before 22:00. It was not a big order as it was only a snack burger and chips if it was a big order we could understand but it was not.<br> <br> Will never go there again as this is the second time we have had a problem with them will go somewhere else in future.
