Disability

I have been working for KFC for 2years and was diagnosed medical unfit by the doctor due to the nature of my illness, I then send the forms to JHB for disability, and the forms was sent in March 2015 and to date I have never received anyfeedback, I have phoned the office responsible for this matter and all I get is nothing except bad attitude as if I have never excisted in this company, I spoke to Suzet, Evidence and Mary and non of them can give me feedback I am transfered from piller to post, all I need to know is how far is my application for medical unfit to be finalised and when will the funds be available as I am strugling to my illness some one please help me asap
