I was at the kfc in parow centre yesterday and was not happy by the fact of being told by a staff member she can not use my card as it will decline the employee did not evens try to make a payment wit my card she just assumed it will not work i used the same card to pay at checkers so how can you not accept the card its a chip card and another thing if you problems wit the machine why do not place a sign up making customers aware of the issue as the line was long so i had to go to the atm and pull money and wait yet again i could have complaint in store abt the terrible service but what would have been the use as the staff members all look like they dont know what they doing .
