Dirty, Unhygenic, Unfriendly and slow service

We went to KFC Durbanville and went trough the drive thru.There were only 3 cars in front and the line wasn't moving.We stood there for more then 10 minutes.We decided to park our car and go inside to order.When we came inside the shop we saw that the shop was extremely dirty with trash lying around on floors and tables.There were only 2 other customers inside who were waiting for their food We ordered 2 sweet chili twisters.We stood there for 20 minutes without getting anything.The other 2 clients were waiting much longer and were very irritated.1 called the manager.We saw literally how the twisters were made and no tools were used to put it into the carton, it was forced and shoved in with their bare hands!Very unhygienic!The staff was laughing,chatting while cars piled up and we were waiting for our food. When we asked were our food was a lady with the name Sandiswa said it is coming shortly just a few minutes.We saw our twisters lying on the order table.We pointed it out to her.She didn't say anything and gave 2 twisters which were now ice cold.We are extremely angry and disappointed with service,quality of food and twisters were shoved in by hand and fell apart and ice cold!
