Dirty store and unavailable food and no sanitizer

well I ordered meal on Friday 28/08/2021 via the KFC APP everything was confirmed and I went to the store KFC Ghandi square corner main and Eloff Street. I was told my food was not all available but when I ordered on the app all was confirmed to be available. The store it self was dirty and there was no sanitizer, I mean that should be the first thing you see when you go to a reputable store like KFC right? The lady did try and offer alternatives but I was not happy as my meal was not complete as i expected and as it was confirmed .
