Dirty hands to prepare meal

I have been a customer of KFC's for many years now. <br> The other day I felt like eating a twister so drove to Sunninghill drive through to order. <br> When I hit to the pay point and pick- up of food the guy that took my cash payment operating the till then proceeded to immediately prepare my twister with his bare hands without washing first. <br> This is really disgusting. There should firstly be 2 separate people handling food and money and the person handling food should be wearing gloves. <br> The same experience at Woodmead. <br> Please, please revisit your policy on wearing gloves to handle food and how your duties are delegated.<br> <br>
