Dirty food

I recently lodged a complaint on the KFC customer care email about the 6 piece family meal with 3 assorted sides, the chicken was cooked dirty oil as it has black crumbs all over it clearly from dirty oil, i even attached pictures as i only noticed when I got home. I was provided with ref: CAS-131946-V7T4B2 to my surprise no one had attempted to contact be but i received an email stating that the case had been closed due to me being unreachable. This is appalling customer service I mean to just disregard the matter just like that.
