Diluted krusher with water

Bought two very berry krushers, sad to say it was not even berry, they diluted it with water right in front of my eyes, the taste is horrible, it tasted like ice cream water with berry syrup, very disappointed at KFC Jabulani mall, my order was 2087 on the 19th November 2023 (Sunday evening around 19h30)
