Didn't get a full meal

I am not happy all and it's the second time happening to me, first the order was mixed up, it's looked like they dunked the burger patty then tired to s**** it off. The second time which was today, I ordered a streetwise one with mash and mini loaf but I didn't get mini loaf and the sad thing while I was going through my meal at the counter with guy I was explaining to him about what happened last and still ignored that there's no mini loaf in there.
