Didn't get what was ordered

Once again this branch has seriously let me down. As a rule, I refuse to use the drive-thru, as they always get my order wrong, yesterday afternoon, I really was in a hurry, so I took a chance. I arrived there at 15h36, I was only served via the window at 16h08, then when I went to pay at the next window, what I received, wasn't what had been ordered. Refer to Chk 3887. I placed an order for 1 21 pce bucket, 2 large chips, 2 buddy Coke Zero's, 1 large Mash & Gravy, 2 x Berry Krushers & 2 x Oreo Krushers. I got 1 bucket, 2 lrg chips, 2 Coke buddys & 1 lrg m/gravy. I wasn't charged for any Krushers & when I queried my order, I was told that the Ice Cream machine was broken. Why wasn't I told this, when I placed my order & why was I given Coke, instead of Coke Zero, as was originally ordered. Yes I got my receipt, BUT, these people that work there, all need to be sent back to school, or they need lessons, in how to hear a persons order properly. I am so tired of these pathetic excuses that I always get, whenever I have ordered from there. Enough is now enough.
