Dictatorial Security

I arrived at the store at 18:45 tonight and the security guard told me they're closed. I told him the shop only closes at 7 and he kept saying they're closed! I asked him to call the manageress multiple times and he declined. I tried calling the store multiple times, but it would appear the call was off the hook.

Mind you this is the same guard who makes ***ist comments towards female customers and gives us dirty looks when we're dressed for a hot day. Sometimes he closes the door in the middle of the day and when he sees a customer confused outside, wanting to come in, he won't open the door for them and the cashiers have to wave for the customer to come inside.

This branch has also had no crunch burger rolls for over a week. A delivery truck was there, I believe on Thursday and they still didn't have any rolls on Saturday.

I have had it with this store! I'm a regular because this is the only KFC in the area. At this point, a R40 Uber ride to the closest Mcg, seems the better option. Every time this store catches on shh, you get a "Sorry" and that's it! I AM FUMING.
