Today myself nd my husband decided to buy a family fest with da 3 sides at kfc parow in voortrekker road we waited for 30mins for our food with no excuses when my husband spke to one lady nd asked to spk to da managed nobody responded she jst said dey had a big order......probably mre den 10ppl were standing der waiting for der order nd der was even a line to order with no staff infrnt ...i hav never in my life experienced such bad cst service will Neva sit foot in da branch agen
