Deveptive Marketing with Delivery

KFC advertise like crazy all over about ordering on their App or Online and they deliver! It's been more than 2 months now, and everytime I try this, it just says "We are not open for delivery". There are at least 3 KFC's which can deliver to my home, and yet this advertising appears to be seriously deceptive!!! Yet, you can easily order for delivery via MrD, or Uber Eats from the same KFC's. I think that KFC is deliberately advertising false delivery with their app!!!!
