Despicable service by KFC Mountain Mill Mall

Another disappointing service from KFC Mountain Mill Mall! Ordered & paid food on the app only to be told I must come back tomorrow to collect my order! I asked for the manager to politely explain my case. A lady by the name of Kay Ernest confirmed that she is the manager. I showed her my order & instead she told me I must come back tomorrow to collect my order because they were closed already closed. I explained to the Kay that I processed the order on the app & it went through & I paid for it online. I would not have gone to the restaurant if I did not receive a comfirmation from kfc that I should collect my food. Now I had to go and expose myself to a very disrespectful stuff! I showed them my confirmation of the order but still treated me as if I was stupid & if I was unnecessary. I honestly don't appreciate such a service. Never again!
