Despicable disgusting service

Terrible service from KFC Nigel Angelo mall, I made an online purchase through the app and when I got there an half an hour later they could not give me the ice cream and my order was also not yet done, I asked the manager to give me back my money she said it'll have to be done by them online but still I haven't received my money back yet and this was on the 24th of November.
