Despicable customer servive

I ordered and paid for 3 all star box meals online for KFC Randburg Taxi Rank and they delivered 2. I called their *** number to ask for help but could get through the we spoke to a lady called Nomfundo on the app who the said they will give us a voucher and I waited over 30 minutes for her response, I then called the KFC customer service *** and the lady there was so not professional and told me that I should just wait as Nomfundo is busy. I continued to wait a further 30 minutes and did not get any rep****, still waiting for KFC AND hungry as hell an already paid.
