Denied Basic access to toilet AT KFC Spruitview Crossing

I am writing the review with a heavy heart, on the 2nd February 2024 I walked into KFC Spruitview crossing around 20:00-20:30 to buy a meal for my family after a sporting event, I walked in and found queue of people waiting to place their orders, I was pressed at the time and needed to use the toilet, so I headed there before I placed my order,

To y surprise I was met by a locked door, thinking there was a problem with the toilet either plumbing or related to something else, I proceeded to walk to the counter and ask a lady who is said to be a manager by the name of "Zama" I asked why is the toilet locked and I was told, " Toilet keys are only provided to individuals with a till slip" I told her this was an emergency and I was still going to place my order when I return the key, I was shocked that a worldwise business with such a huge following would deprive humans with a basic access to a toilet, I had to relieve my self in the streets and still not be able to face the people after such an embarrassing event, I hope to hear from the team son or I will be poting my video on my social media pages.
