Delivery system down, but transaction went through

The most pathetic experience ever, today!!

I've placed an order with R471 on the KFC for delivery. I only received a bank notification for the transaction and that was all. I later called the store I ordered from to find out how far my order is, only to be informed that the delivery system is down and the store is unable to receive orders.

Now, my question is, if the system is down why does it allow transactions to go through!? Guys, have you even considered the fact that we are using our last monies before payday to buy these meals and ARE TOLD A REFUND WILL BE INITIATED AND WILL TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO REFLECT BACK IN NY ACCOUNT??

Tell me how this is fair, that a customer like myself and many other needs to experience such treatment and be told to wait until we get back our monies?? I am beyond bored.
